A stunning drive up The Divide side of Cordillera brings guests to a heated courtyard with two car attached garage at 149 El Mirador. If you enter the home through the garage you can continue on to the kitchen, or head up a curved staircase to the right that leads you to your first guest bedroom; also serving as an in-law suite with kitchen, sitting area, fitness equipment, and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom off the in-law suite houses a queen bed, flat screen television, and walk-in closet. Back down the stairwell the grand master suite can be found on the main level just before the kitchen. The suite includes a foyer leading to the bathroom with his and her vanities, a Jacuzzi tub with mountain views, steam shower, and closeted stacked washer and dryer. There is a large walk-in closet, and the main space of the suite includes a king bed, writing desk, gas fireplace, flat screen television with DVD player and stereo system.

Continue on to the kitchen to find a breakfast table in front of the fireplace with seating for 7, counter seating for 3, and over-sized countertops that include a Viking range, warming drawer, refrigerator dishwasher, dual sinks, ice-maker, microwave, and Keurig. Through the stone archway guests are then treated to an exposed timber and stone great room with dual gas fireplaces, formal dining area with seating for twelve, and sitting area with flat screen television. Beyond the great room is the home’s office with mini bar, 360 degree views, and powder room just off the hall.

Just outside the French doors that lead to the office guests can head down the stairs to the lower level family room. This area has a full bar, game table for six, fireplace, ample seating, and flat screen television. There is also a full bathroom off the family room with an over-sized steam shower. Four bedrooms can be found on this lower level the last of which is the Jr. Master Suite with king bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, patio, and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen television, and en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The first off the great room houses a twin-sized daybed + twin trundle, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A custom wine cellar as well as the main laundry room also live on this lower level of the home and the laundry room has one washing machine and two dryers.

If guests head back up the stairs, past the great room, they will find the 7th and final bedroom of this beautiful Cordillera residence. There is a small sitting area and library at the top of the landing, and down the hall the bedroom has a king bed, crib, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Sweeping views in every direction befit this stunning residence perched atop The Divide at Cordillera. Housing 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and sleeping up to 14, guests love the spaciousness of this nearly 9,000 square foot home. Multiple levels and wings provide plenty of space to spread out and really take in the 360 degree views and various mountain ranges no matter the time of year.
 

Guests will need to drive to the base of Arrowhead, Beaver Creek, or Vail Mountain to access the trails, and the Arrowhead lot is 9.3 miles away, the parking garage at Beaver Creek 13 miles, and the Vail Parking Structure 21 miles.

Departing after 10:00 AM without prior written approval of a late check-out can result in a per hour charge of $250.00. Keys must be left on the kitchen counter. Failure to leave your keys will result in a $50.00 lock exchange charge. If locked out, the guest is responsible for any cost to send a locksmith.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations made less than 60 days in advance, 100% of the rental fee and security deposit must be paid to confirm a reservation and is non-refundable with the exception of the security deposit (if required). If cancelled 60 or more days prior to the arrival date a full refund less a $150.00 processing fee and one night’s rent will be granted. 60 days or less prior to arrival, if there is a need to cancel any reserved night for any reason, rental payments are only refundable if we are able to re-book the property for the same dates at the same or higher rental rate. The cancellation policy applies to any change that results in the cancellation of any night(s) reserved. Regardless of whether or not we are able to re-book the home, the guest will be assessed a $150.00 processing fee.  Booking fees already collected will also not be refunded. Cancellations of any nights for reservations booked during Christmas or New Year’s weeks will incur a $300.00 processing fee. If the balance of the rental fee and security deposit is not received 60 days before the scheduled arrival date it may be considered a cancellation and will be handled as outlined above.
